Residents recently took a trip to the Cedar Grove Cheese Factory in Plain. Cedar Grove Cheese staff member Cathy gave them a very interesting lecture about how the cheese is made, the types they make at that particular facility, and lots of stories about the history and local families that started the company. They use only the finest Wisconsin dairy products and make some unusual cheeses with water buffalo milk and other exotic ingredients. The seniors had a great time learning more about the factory and the types of cheese they produce! Many thanks to Cedar Grove Cheese for the fun and educational tour!
