We are so thankful for volunteers that share their time and talents with us. Jean showed the ladies how to make some beautiful paper flowers, and volunteers from Project Linus offered help and expert guidance on our blanket-making project. Once they’re finished they’ll be given to children in the community. To celebrate Valentine’s Day, folks made delicious cut-out cookies and so appreciated a wonderful visit from students from St. John the Evangelist School. The thoughtful kids bundled up and walked over to deliver handmade Valentine cards to everyone! Some amazing artwork was created based on Youtube videos with "Cinnamon the Art Sherpa" and Resident Dick continued with his “Ainsworth Hour” programs that share fascinating information about photography. This month he discussed Galileo and the improvement he made to the telescope. The month ended with a visit from Resident Assistant Krysta and her newborn Olivia. What a joy to see this precious little one! To view photos, please click on the web album link below.
