The weather in October was gorgeous, so folks took advantage of it by taking a beautiful fall drive to the Merrimac Ferry, and later in the month, to Wisconsin Riverside Resort for a delightful lunch. We so appreciate all the family and community friends for their generosity to our staff and residents! A big thank you to Eugene’s Bike Services for the pedicab rides, and to resident Freida’s family for sponsoring a visit by Tiny Acres Farm in her memory. Those farm animals are precious! Thank you to resident Delores’s son and daughter-in-law for bringing in pumpkins for everyone to decorate. The creativity was impressive! And thank you to all the staff, families and community friends who brought their kiddos for trick-or-treating. You made Halloween extra special!
