The month of May brought blooming flowers and beautiful weather to Spring Green. The seniors celebrated Mother’s Day with lovely flowers, phone calls, and Skype and window visits, made a wreath out of old book pages, and enjoyed a fascinating ‘Stories in Stone’ presentation via Skype from Brooke Norsted of the UW Geology Museum. Resident Dorothy McCluskey turned 90 years old on May 13th, so she celebrated with delicious cake, fun decorations and video chatting with loved ones. Happy birthday and best wishes, Dorothy! What a fun month it was. Summer will be here before we know it! To view photos, please click on the web album.
