July started off with Meadows helping to sponsor a yo-yo and comedy performance by Mark Hayward at the Spring Green Library. Thank you also to the library for bringing the All Ages Storytime to Meadows. Family members of residents and staff attended as well as a few community kiddos! Folks took a countryside drive to see the beautiful flowers at resident Doloris’ son and daughter-in-law’s house, and on World Chocolate Day they baked Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies and later in the month - Apple Crisp. A big thank you to families who visited throughout the month, to volunteer CC and her husband for bringing in their mini horse, and to Sue and beautiful four-legged friend Luna for all the smiles they bring!
