Meadows residents dance to the music of Lou Oswald

There’s always much to be thankful for at Meadows, and that was the case in November. Community member Lori Schaefer brought in some of her painted barn quilts, and Lou Oswald got everyone up and dancing. On Veterans Day, residents Dennis, David and Wanda were honored for their service to our country. There was a patriotic sing-a-long, and River Valley FFA students brought in goodie bags for each of them. A very big thank you to Cardinal Glass for gifting each staff member a ham and a turkey for the holiday season. What a thoughtful and generous community partner they are! There was a scenic drive which included a surprise stop by staff member Lori’s house, and quilt-tying for Project Linus, which gives handmade quilts to children in need. Folks love giving back to the community. To view photos, please click on the web album link below.
