Meadows celebrated Cinco de Mayo with sombreros and margaritas

The May calendar was chock-full of activities, beginning with a wonderful visit by Boy Scout Troop 38 delivering May baskets. So sweet! Cinco de Mayo was the next highlight, with laughter, margaritas and sombreros. The bus took a spin to Tiny Acres Farms and everyone got to hold a baby wallaby, which was quite a memorable experience! We celebrated all mothers for Mother’s Day, and then said goodbye for the summer to the St. John students. They will be missed. A number of the ladies enjoyed planting flowers on the patio, and the month ended with a lovely luncheon to thank our amazing volunteers. To view photos, please click on the web album link below.
