Meadows ladies enjoy a pontoon ride on Lake Wisconsin.

Folks at The Meadows followed the Olympic Games in July and August, and to commemorate the event they enjoyed a delicious French Café Lunch. A big thank you to our talented kitchen crew! They also continued the wonderful tradition of taking a pontoon boat ride on Lake Wisconsin each summer. Thanks to ElderSpan President David Griffin for being our captain as usual. Sweet Ginger the therapy dog paid a visit and some of the ladies made Pecan Tassies. It was even more sweet that one of their daughters could join in! You’re never too old to enjoy a bike ride, so Kay and Eugene Schulz from Eugene’s Bike Services made that happen with their wonderful trishaw! We so appreciate their kindness! And it was sad to say goodbye to Activity Director Brenda as she retired. Thank you to the students from St. John the Evangelist School for bringing her cards and well wishes!
